FAQ for all of our Manila San Lorenzo Place Units:

Where can I find the advertised units?
Located in San Lorenzo Place, Makati City - near Makati's Central Business District, our place is just a few rides away from shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, laundry shops, and medical centers. It is also conveniently located near SLEX, Skyway and the airport, with transportation access for easy travel. It is connected to MRT Magallanes station and San Lorenzo Mall, offering dining options and easy access to anywhere in Manila.

Unit address is at San Lorenzo Place, EDSA corner Chino Roces Avenue. Makati City, Tower 4.

Are there malls or shops next to the unit?
There are a lot of shops and restaurants around, as well as a direct connection to the San Lorenzo Mall, convenience stores like 7-11 and Family Mart, local Filipino bread bakery Pan-De-Manila, and a grocery market right inside the condominium grounds.


How far is it from the NAIA Airport?
According to Google maps, it's 4.4 KM from Ninoy Aquino International Airport.


How many bedrooms does your unit have?
We have only 1 bedroom units and 2 bedroom units in San Lorenzo Place.


Are the bathrooms detached or within the bedrooms?
Bathroom and toilet are detached from the bedroom for the 1 Bedroom units, and the 2 Bedroom units have 2 bathrooms, with the Master Bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom.


How many units do you rent out?
As we also offer our 5 service to other Unit owners, the amount of units we handle vary at times, but at the most we rent out at least 10 units of each type at any given time.


How much time do I have to cancel a booking and still get a refund?
Every platform has its own rules, like AirBNB, VRBO, Booking.com, Agoda etc., so we advise bookers to please check the rules straight on their platform.

For any reduced booking on our page you agree to the following conditions: 

  • 100% Refund on all booked nights for cancellations made within 48hrs after booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date.
  • 50% Refund on all booked nights for cancellations made past 48hrs after booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date. 
  • 25% Refund on all booked nights for cancellations made past 48hrs after booking and at least 7 days before the check-in date.
  • For long term bookings of minimum 28 days, we offer additional discounts but are then non-refundable. Please contact us for more information.

Any reimbursement is only applicable for booked nights and is not applicable for any booking or cleaning fees.


How many people can stay in the unit? Can I bring in outside guests?

  • 1 Bedroom unit: maximum 2 Adults plus 1 child and/or 1 external guests only (not staying overnight) 
  • 2 Bedroom unit: maximum 4 Adults plus 3 children and/or 2 external guests only (not staying overnight) 

We DON’T CHARGE for outside guests!

How fast is the internet? Free Wifi? Who is the Provider?
All units have free Globe Wifi with 50mbps speed provided for our guests.


Is there Netflix available?
All units have Netflix available for our guests.


What are the available amenities?
Full-sized bed/s, internet access, toilet and bath with overhead shower and heater, dining table and equipped kitchen with rice cooker, induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, complete silverwares and flatware, pots, pans, storage cabinet, basic toiletries - shampoo, body wash, hand soap and towels. Air Conditioner, iron and iron board, TV with Netflix access etc. 

If you have any special requests, please feel free to talk to our Co-Host handling out the keys, but we do not guarantee that all requests can be granted.

We provide baby crib / bassinet and high chair for 200PHP per stay for your convenience

Can I use the pool?
Pool use is Php 200/guest per day, payable directly at the accounting office, with a maximum of 5 guests per unit. Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance and cleaning. Children 12 years old and below are free of charge.


Is it allowed to cook in the units?
You can do light cooking in the induction cooker provided for guests. There is a microwave and fridge also.


Is there a car park?
There is paid parking in the premises, at the basement level of the towers. For the parking fee, Php 50 for the first 3 hours, 20 per succeeding hours. Overnight charges will be Php 300 + parking fees. During Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, the flat rate will be Php 50.


How many sqm do the units have?
The 1 Bedroom units have 28 sqm and the 2 Bedroom has 38 sqm.


In which floor is the unit?
Because we have units all over the Towers, please let our Co-Host upon handling over the keys know which you prefer and up from availability we try to fulfill your wish.


To what do I have access, if I choose a unit from your offers?
Guests have access to the lobby, elevators, mini garden and playground located on the 6th floor and the swimming pool. Our condominium's gym is currently unavailable for guests, as it is for exclusive use of residents only. Paid parking is available at the basement level.


Can I come and view the unit for a long term stay?
Yes, you may come and view the place if you plan to stay long term. We'll check our bookings first and let you know when it’ll be available for viewing.


Why are there different prices in your booking form and can I get additional discounts?
Every platform like AirBNB, VRBO, Booking.com, Agoda etc. has their own “smart-pricing” and as our page is connected with them, there are also according to current availability different prices possible for each unit. We have already included a 5% discount included  in our website prices versus other platform booking prices, which means you get in any case the cheapest rate if you book on our page. As said by our header on top: Book Direct & Save on Fees!

Please note that we offer in our page as well as in other platforms different discounts, like 10% for long-term-stays more than 28 days, 5% for more than 7 days etc. 

We also offer each guest a 1000PHP gift as a surprise after leaving a good review and handling our unit like his own. Let us surprise you!

What is required for registration and how do I ensure I have the smoothest check-in possible?
For an easy-breezy check-in, please be reminded that  you and other guests booked together with you are required to provide us the following information straight after your booking: first name, last name, contact number and email as well. Valid IDs need to be shown to the lobby guard upon arrival.


What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in time is anytime after 3pm and check-out time is anytime before 11am. Please send our host a message an hour before your arrival. We cannot check-in you earlier than the regular check-in time as we also have to respect the time the units have to be set and cleaned up properly from the last guest. You may wait at the lobby where ample seating is available, and there are cafes like Zus and Tim Hortons inside the condominium compound.

Can I deposit my luggage before the Check-in time somewhere?
After many requests for storing our guests' luggage before the check-in time of 3pm, we found an external possibility to store your luggage up to 3hrs for 200PHP with additional 80PHP per succeeding hour, up to a maximum of 500PHP max 3 luggages. If you want to choose this option, please contact our co-host Ms. Roselle to give her the luggage for storage on the day of your check-in. We can only accept cash as she also needs to pay the external storage. Please take note that we are not liable for any damage to your luggage and/or its contents. Regularly, we cannot help on our side with luggage storage on the day of check-in, as we have mostly all our units booked from the day before.

How do I get the contact details from the Co-Host in the units for the key?
In all platforms like AirBNB, VRBO, Booking.com, Agoda etc. is a special section for arrival after the booking is final with the contact details of the host and in case you book the cheapest rate via our own booking page with the header on top: Book Direct & Save on Fees! We will contact you right after your booking. You may also send us a contact form and we will come back to you.
